The PersonLink program
is now closed

After 20 years of committed service to the community, PersonLink has ceased its operations effective February 23, 2025. PersonLink participants should not experience any interruption in service. PersonLink is grateful for the opportunity to provide supports coordination to thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
